Impact Hub Athens builds communities for impact. We promote, enable & accelerate social innovation by providing business incubation, co-working, events space & a physical market space, along with accessible services to anyone committed to develop sustainable solutions for social & environmental issues. We are part of a global network of 120+ Impact Hubs and host 600 members in Greece. We develop programs around critical social issues focusing on tech for good, activism, circular economy & urbanism. We facilitate inclusion of vulnerable groups, access to work, empowerment & civic engagement.
Relation with HYDROUSA
Impact Hub Athens’ role is to develop and apply an effective dissemination and communication strategy for the HYDROUSA project as a whole and every single step of it. The goal of the communication and dissemination strategy is to inform & raise awareness on the HYDROUSA project to a wide range of stakeholders and target groups including citizens, public, environmental / water related NGOs, local and international businesses and more. At the same time Impact Hub Athens will use its expertise on community building, creating a variety of engagement activities so that the local community embrace & support the project during and also after it is finalised
