Impact Hub Athens is a local and international connected network aiming at positive social impact. Businesses and creative professionals work to design and implement model business models that will define the future of entrepreneurship.
From social inclusion, environment and fair trade, Impact Hub Athens connects skilled professionals and creates a cross-cultural network of strong social impact.
At Impact Hub Athens we believe that change can come through coordinated and collaborative actions of actors with shared values. This is how we develop strategic partnerships to provide solutions to the most important, social, economic, and environmental issues.
Relation with HYDROUSA
Impact Hub Athens (IHA) undertakes the leading role of work package 9 in communication, dissemination and community building activities. Additionally, IHA is leading task 6.2 creating a clear roadmap to social impact goals of the HYDROUSA project.
The vision is to incorporate a community engagement approach and effectively involve a wide range of stakeholders from senior levels and governmental bodies to local people, researchers, artists and children to participate in the designed activities. IHA aims to build a community of ‘water allies’ through co-creation, citizens’ science activities and participatory processes and bringing cross-sector individuals and organizations together.
