Simos Malamis from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) participated at the Interreg MED Green Growth Thematic Working Workshop in Thessaloniki on 6th of March 2019. In this interview, he explains the principles of HYDROUSA H2020 project, which NTUA is coordinating. He discusses how to achieve technology transfer and replicability and how to cross the “valley of death” problem. He finally analyses the strong points from implementing a successful Circular Economy model by SMEs.
