On 19-21 November, the UfM Women Business Forum 2019 was held in Barcelona, organized by Union for the Mediterranean as part of the Smart City Expo World Congress. The event, which had more than 120 participants from 20 countries, contemplated an agenda with a high
number of activities, including round table sessions linked to “Women in Circular Economy”.
Dra. Sara Gabarrón, the CWP project manager, had the opportunity to participate in one of the round tables, with the aim of introducing and discussing the concept of circular economics and exposing some examples of projects related to this subject, such as for example, the project HYDROUSA (Grant Agreement No 776643).
